We may terminate these Terms and your access to the Platform at any time without notice or liability to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and destroy any copies of Platform content in your possession.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes will indicate your acceptance of the revised Terms.
